This is a legal agreement between you and Monash University (ABN 12 377 614 012) of Wellington Road, Clayton, Victoria, 3800, Australia ("Monash University") regarding enrolment and participation in and use of the MONASH FODMAP ONLINE COURSES ("Course") and the Course software, data accessible through that software or generated by that software and associated documentation ("Materials").
BY ENROLLING IN THE COURSE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF ENROLMENT, AS WELL AS ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO YOUR SELECTED COURSE . IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF ENROLMENT YOU MUST NOT ENROL IN THE COURSE. YOUR ENROLMENT AND PARTICIPATION IN AND USE OF THE COURSE AND THE MATERIALS IS ALSO SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MONASH FODMAP WEBSITE (AT www.monashfodmap.com/terms-and-conditions ("Website")) WHICH YOU ACCEPTED WHEN YOU APPLIED TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE. Those terms and conditions are incorporated in these Terms of Enrolment.
In these Terms, "you" and "your" means any person who enrols in the Course.
Enrolment: To enrol in the Course you must:
Fees: As part of enrolling in the Course you will pay Monash University the fees calculated in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Website at the time of your enrolment ("Fees"), as updated by Monash University from time to time. Unless otherwise stated in the fee schedule, Fees must be paid using an electronic payment facility made available by Monash University on the Website. Monash University will not refund Fees once you have enrolled in the Course, unless Monash University cancels the Course in unforeseen circumstances.
Completion of Course: To receive a certificate of completion (if applicable), you must complete the course within the time period specified for your selected course. If you do not complete the Course within this period, Monash University will terminate your enrolment and retain the Fees you paid without further notice to you. You must complete all of the Course requirements, including attendance (if applicable) and assessment and you must not allow another person to complete any assessments in your name.
Publicity: You may not use or reproduce Monash University’s name, logo or trade marks without the approval of Monash University. You must not represent or imply that you have been awarded a doctorate, degree, diploma or other award by Monash University solely by reason of enrolling in, commencing or completing the Course.
Use of Materials: Without limiting the operation of the terms and conditions of the Website, you must not:
